It’s a Journey – As an EOS Implementer I help business owners run a better business and in hand live a better life by implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System. I do this by strengthening the 6 key components of their business – Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. All of us can likely say we are very intentional on how we run our business, but can we say the same about our personal lives. I am excited for the opportunity to take some of our EOS tools and translate them to how we can live our lives with more intention.
