I help guide teams and people to their ideal professional life, providing teaching, facilitation and coaching through Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) implementation and related workshops.

I started my career in strategic planning and operations for health systems. In 2019, I co-founded the ventures arm for The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and fell in love with the startup world. After spinning out several successful companies, a door opened for me to run The Skin Clique (TSC), the nation’s first concierge medical aesthetics practice, for two years as COO.
We built the company from the ground up. I wore every hat in the business. As we added team members and built a leadership team, we only increased complexity. Chaos ensued and we needed a solution, fast. A mentor gave me a copy of Traction and I knew the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) was our answer.
With EOS, we scaled the company from $2M to $15M in three years. I loved the EOS tools so much, I decided I had a bigger impact to make on the world – to share EOS with entrepreneurs, to help them get what they want from their business, like we did. I pursued my passion and became a Professional EOS Implementer.
I feel like I am exactly where I am supposed to be professionally – which makes me a better mom and wife. Spending time with my children in these precious years of early childhood and making memories as a family top my list of priorities!
I’m passionate about helping others who have been bitten by the “entrepreneurial bug” – particularly female entrepreneurs and business leaders. We are all juggling the same things: professional lives and clients, young families, and passion projects, all on limited time. Being pulled in many directions can be a real struggle, but it can also point to the many opportunities there are for these things to coexist and overlap to create a truly beautiful and purposeful life.

Meet the Team
Alison Benitez
Practice Manager/Behind the Scene Queen
Alison Benitez is an independent executive administrative assistant and is Caroline’s Practice Manager. With nearly a decade of experience in both roles, she has spent the past five years explicitly supporting EOS Implementers for EOS Worldwide. Alison strongly believes in EOS and all it offers our clients. An Arizona native, Alison resides in Valencia, Spain, with her husband and their young daughter.
Her specialty lies in being the behind-the-scenes support that allows EOS Implementers to focus on delivering exceptional sessions for their clients without the burden of operational details. Alison manages busy calendars, handles communications promptly, organizes events and travel, and fulfills all the various responsibilities required of a Practice Manager. She feels she is living her best EOS life by engaging in work she loves while encountering something new daily.
When she isn’t supporting two busy EOS Implementers, Alison enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring her new city, planning her next weekend getaway, playing with her daughter, and savoring a glass of Spanish wine with her husband.
Kristin Hamilton
Marketing Support
Kristin Hamilton is the Owner and Visionary of Grip Marketing, and sits in the marketing seat for Caroline. Kristin has worked in the marketing and advertising world since graduating from the University of Florida with her Master’s in Advertising in 2009. A Florida native, she now lives in Spartanburg, S.C. with her husband, three young children, and a golden retriever.
Her niche is helping EOS Implementers get a grip on marketing their EOS practices – and she loves it! She’s had the unique experience of sitting on the Leadership Team for a company that was self-implementing EOS…then helping two colleagues launch their own EOS Implementer practices…then watching that company evolve its niche and purpose to solely focusing on EOS Implementation! In early 2023, at the suggestion of her two OG clients and colleagues, she was presented with an incredible opportunity: start her own business and help other EOS Implementers with their marketing needs. Enter: Grip Marketing.
When she’s not creating social content or developing marketing emails, her EOS life is filled with kid and school activities; volunteering in various church and community roles; working on house projects (always something in a 1920’s home!), or finding something new to organize.
