“Running a business is like trying to change your tire going down the highway at 80 MPH”

– Capucine Gooding, Founder of Juliska and Capucine De Wolf

Anna Chalmers, Owner of Face Foundrie and Dry Bar and Kat Wawner, Founder of Wawner Strategies and I met in January of 2024….we shared a meal and had an instant bond.

We were women in business that wanted to build community and help other powerful women business owners in the lowcountry and Lady Business was BORN! Lady Business is for women who are looking for something new, to find community in unexpected and creative ways, and to meaningfully connect with like minded women in an intentional, approachable, and fun environment. With 50 founding members, Lady Business is a highly curated group of female business owners in Charleston who come together once per quarter to lament over topical and timely business matters.

We are open, honest and vulnerable and share best practices and resources to build each other up. We offer a community slack platform and select our quarterly topics based on the needs of the community leveraging knowledge and expertise from our incredible members.

For membership information, email our team at ladybusinesschs@gmail.com.

As a former Integrator, I’m passionate about providing a support network for fellow Integrators in companies running on EOS. I organize quarterly gatherings in the Charleston area. To learn more please email me at caroline@carolinemoluf.com.

I am a founding member of The Helm, an Intimate Community for Executive Mothers. Membership opens twice a year and I would be happy to connect with you if you are interested in learning more.

  • At the Helm, we want to inspire you to DIY birthday cakes… while you hire your next company superstar.
  • We want to guide you towards a life that feels balanced and fulfilling… even when it feels a little chaotic and extra busy at times.
  • We want to celebrate your professional growth and successes… while we help you navigate more aligned decisions so you can be present with your family.
  • This isn’t your everyday business membership; we’re not a book club for mothers who want a side hobby.
  • The Helm is a curated, intimate membership to inspire, educate, encourage, and advocate for Executive Mothers who always knew deep down you don’t have to choose between ambitions and motherhood.

Even the most successful entrepreneurs hit ceilings in their business when it feels more challenging than they expected. Many work long hours and get less return on their investment of time and money. Most entrepreneurs grapple with frustrations like: lack of control over time, markets or the company; people who don’t listen, understand or follow through; profit—there’s not enough of it; and growth—inability to get to the next level.

The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is designed to help entrepreneurial companies address these common frustrations. Using a simple set of powerful, practical tools, leaders can learn to run their businesses more efficiently and effectively to experience more consistent growth — and have more fun!

Meghan Hickman, Certified EOS Implementer in Columbia, SC and Caroline Moluf, Certified EOS Implementer in Charleston, SC, help entrepreneurs get a grip on their business by implementing EOS. We are excited to partner with EO Charleston because we believe that all entrepreneurs need a peer group and an operating system, making EO and EOS a natural fit. We have a calling to share EOS with the world – why not start in our own backyard!

Featuring traditional southern hospitality with a modern Lowcountry influence, the Harbour Club at WestEdge is a private business and social Club founded to serve as a home away from home for the greater Charleston leadership community – including me! I use this beautiful space with views of the Ashley River for some sessions and meetings, and also serve as a speaker for networking events when the opportunity arises.
